SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for producing modified EMM-23 materials. Described is a method for producing an EMM-23 material modified with a trivalent element, containing a composition by the Formula II: X2O3:(m)YO2 (Formula II), including combining a composition by the Formula (III): X2O3:(t)YO2(Formula III) with an agent containing X, producing a material by the Formula II; wherein m is less than 150, t is greater than or equal to 150, X constitutes a trivalent element selected from Al and Fe, and Y constitutes a tetravalent element which is Si, and adjusting the pH of the combination of the composition by the Formula III and the agent containing X to a value in the range from 2.4 to 2.6.
EFFECT: production of a material with improved properties.
