FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment and concerns the diagnosis of the bearing capacity of the surface layers of products from various materials. The installation contains a body mounted on the base, a pendulum on the shaft, an indenter fixed on the pendulum, a replaceable weight to increase the weight of the pendulum, and a mount for fixing the weights. To improve the quality of the assessment of the bearing capacity, the device is additionally equipped with a mechanism for adjusting the height of the pendulum and a device for adjusting the height of the horizontal position of the sample. To reduce transverse vibrations, the shaft is mounted on two fixed supports, a pendulum is rigidly fixed on one side of the shaft, and replaceable weights are installed on a rigid suspension on the other. To accurately measure the angle of the initial position and the angle of deflection of the pendulum, an electronic goniometer is installed. The initial position of the pendulum is fixed by means of a toothed segment stopper. Replaceable tips of different types are provided, which are fixed in the pendulum from the side facing the tested surface of the part.

EFFECT: increasing the accuracy and productivity of the process of assessing the state of the surface layer of the material, simplifying the process of obtaining data on the physical and mechanical properties of the surface layer of products.
