SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has housing 1, fixed support 3 with shaft 4, self-centering chuck 5 with specimen 6, digital dial 7, rheostat, recording unit, pendulum, 13 replaceable weights 16, indenter 17, prism 25 for mounting the article, intersecting double-arm levers 29 which are connected with loading system including the base, frame mounted on this base, vertical support with horizontal rack secured on it and calibrated rod. Free end of rack holds rod-type indicator and opposite end holds balancing weights. Plant is also provided with recording unit having body, tape drive, recording tape, electric motor, rod provided with recording member on side of recording unit and hub where reference specimens are arranged.
