SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the transmission of data parts. In the method, a current object identifier is sent to all source sides participating in calculations and an operator side; each source side receiving the current identifier has all information about its own set of identifiers and can check, whether it includes the current object identifier; source sides follow MPC protocol and perform a calculating algorithm, while the result of calculation is identification of belonging or not belonging of an object identified by the current identifier to any target group; the result is formed in the form of shares of a secret shared between all source sides participating in the process; after the completion of the algorithm, secret shares are transmitted, as a result, to an independent operator side restoring calculation results from secret shares, while the operator side does not have information neither about source sides nor about data, which is operated by them, nor about the essence of the performed calculation algorithm.

EFFECT: providing safe merge of data parts describing a single entity, but stored in different databases controlled by different organizations.
