FIELD: additive manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nanotechnology and can be used in the production of coatings with nanoscale thickness on the surface of a broad range of substrates in the creation of various types of functional nanomaterials applicable in electrochemical power engineering, electronic and optical industry, and various kinds of sensors for environmental monitoring. The substance of the claimed invention consists in the apparatus additionally containing a system for removing drops of reagent solutions from the surface of substrates and a self-cleaning system for the solvent.
EFFECT: increase in the yield percentage of the resulting product and environmentally safe synthesis, as well as reduction in the losses of solvent and the costs of synthesis.
