FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: it is an object of the invention to provide an electrode with a pseudo-capacitance effect based on metal-oxygen compounds of cobalt (III) and nickel (III) having a capacitance of 3590-4100 F/g at a current of 1 A/g and a stability after 1000 cycles at the level of 92%. These parameters are achieved through the formation of nanoscale oxides of cobalt (III) and nickel (III) oxyhydroxides at the level of 10-40 nm during the synthesis by the method of ionic layering on the substrate surface, some of which are formed by nucleus-shell structures.
EFFECT: formation of electroactive layers, in which an increase in the specific capacity is provided.
