SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, namely to probiotic health-improving water containing a mixture of probiotic microorganisms. Proposed is functional water with probiotics, containing resting probiotic bacteria of the Bacillus genus in spore form with a titer of 1×102-1×105 CFU/ml, as well as vitamins, minerals, amino acids and drinking water, wherein probiotics are contained in the form of biomass suspended in drinking water, and minerals, vitamins, and amino acids are selected from water-soluble substances that stimulate the spore formation of probiotic bacteria of the Bacillus genus and/or inhibit the spore germination, wherein D-alanine and glycine are used as amino acids, water-soluble calcium salts are used as minerals, and paraaminobenzoic acid and folic acid are used as vitamins, at the following quantitative content of the components in 1 ml: D-alanine 2.0 to 4.0 mg; glycine 6.0 to 9.0 mg; water-soluble calcium salts 0.3 to 0.6 mg; paraaminobenzoic acid 1.0 to 3.0 mg; folic acid 0.0005 to 0.001 mg; suspension of biomass of spores of probiotic bacteria of the Bacillus genus in spore form with a titer of 1×102-1×105 CFU/ml in drinking water the rest up to 1 ml.

EFFECT: possibility of increasing the storage life of functional water with probiotics up to two years with prolonged preservation of probiotic activity after mixing with water.
