SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology of the breast. At the border of the lower quadrants of the mammary gland, two skin incisions are made from the nipple-areolar complex down above the tumor node to the submammary fold, where these lines are connected by an additional incision in the form of a triangle base, according to Fig. 1, the subcutaneous fat and breast tissue with an isosceles triangle are dissected and the gland tissue with a tumor node in the center and the underlying fascia of the pectoralis major muscle are removed, then the skin and subcutaneous tissue incision is laterally extended, equal in size to the length of the side of the triangle, to create an isosceles right triangle, where the base of the triangle is turned to the side, and the lateral side is turned into the base of the triangle, according to Figure 2, then to close the defect, the middle of the base of the isosceles right triangle the triangle is fixed with a provisional suture to the apex and the subcutaneous fat and skin of the mammary gland are sutured in layers.

EFFECT: method allows to improve the aesthetic result of organ-preserving surgery on the mammary gland, to achieve symmetry of the mammary glands - operated and healthy, to reduce the duration of anesthesia, blood loss and trauma due to the absence of the need for corrective operations on the contralateral mammary gland.
