Next, a tunnel is created with a pin in the wing of the ilium, with the help of a needle and a syringe, blood is taken with bone marrow elements in the amount of 1 ml and injected through the pin tunnels into the femoral head.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve blood circulation in the femoral head by forming a source of additional blood flow to the femoral head by tunneling the iliac bone and introducing other bone marrow cavities into the femoral head.
