SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to fulfill catheterization of collum femoris to introduce a catheter into the tunnel developed. On suturing in the wound one should introduce peripheral end of the catheter subcutaneously. One should daily fulfill percutaneous puncture and wash the wound with heparin solution upon Novocain for 7 d and remove the catheter. The innovation enables to shorten the terms of therapy and catheter should be removed. The innovation enables to shorten and restore biomechanically correct shape of restoration.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
