FIELD: medicine; traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: necrectomy is carried out. Guiding fishing line of diameter 0.9-1.0 mm is inserted through formed channel from bone bed floor by shortest path to medullary cavity. Bone bed is filled with free autologous bone graft. Guiding fishing line channel has diameter 2-3 mm. Autologous graft is made of iliac bone.
EFFECT: restoration of limb support ability; formation of venous drainage duct from proximal injured hip; normalisation of blood circulation in whirlbone and femoral neck; intensified regeneration of whirlbone bed and reduction of treatment time.
