SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus and methods for implementing distributed databases. The technical result is achieved by performing the following stages: receiving, on the processing unit of the first apparatus and from the second computing apparatus, a first public key of the second apparatus and indicating the value requested for transmission from the first source record of the distributed database; encrypting a second public key of the first apparatus using the first public key of the second device; sending the encrypted public key of the first apparatus to the second apparatus; determining the move command including the following values: the first key of the first apparatus, the first key of the second apparatus, the second key of the first apparatus, and the second key of the second apparatus; and sending a signal to enter the move command to the distributed database, wherein the move command is adapted to move the value from the first source record to one of the first or the second target records and from the second source record to another of the target records.
EFFECT: increase in the level of security in distributed database systems due to the maintained transaction anonymity.
