FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation, in particular to designs of aircrafts of vertical take-off and landing. The aircraft contains a domed cabin resting on a ceiling of an engine room with engines, a ring-shaped wing attached along a perimeter to a ring-shaped engine room below the ceiling, the second wing. Air intake holes are made along a perimeter of the ceiling. Output windows are made along a perimeter of a bottom of the engine room. The second wing is placed along a perimeter under the ring-shaped wing, above output windows of the bottom of the engine room. Wings are smoothly curved in profile at an angle of 24-26°. The engine room is divided into sectors, in each of which at least one motor with an air screw is located. Wings may be equipped with flaps with retractable mechanisms.
EFFECT: increase in the stability of an aircraft, flight safety, control simplification.
