FIELD: packaging.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the manufacture of food packaging. Sensor ink for quantitative determination of components in a sealed packaging/container for flexographic or offset printing contain at least one fluorophore, a polymer carrying matrix and at least one organic solvent. Material of the polymer carrying matrix is selected from a group consisting of polysulfones, polyethylene terephthalate, biopolymers, such as polylactic acid and simple cellulose ether with a molecular weight between 100,000 and 240,000. Fluorophore is present in the amount from 1 to 7 wt.% based on polymer concentration. The carrying matrix and fluorophore, together with the organic solvent, form a solution with a viscosity between 20 and 70 mPa·s. A method for the production of a fluorescent sensor, and a sensor are also proposed.
EFFECT: invention allows for the formation of flexible, elastic, well-adhesive to different plastic surfaces sensors by means of mass printing technologies.
