FIELD: printing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water-dilutable acrylate ink for use in digital lithographic printing devices with variable data. Described are 2 variants of the composition of such ink containing a basic composition and an aqueous solution. Said basic ink composition includes a color pigment, at least one of an acrylate monomer, an oligomer or a polymer, or a mixture thereof, forming a continuous acrylate phase, a free radical photoinitiator. Said aqueous ink solution contains water and a surfactant in amount from 1.0 to 2.0 ppm. While the aqueous solution is dispersed in a continuous acrylate phase of the basic composition of the acrylate ink with the provision of the ink in the form of an inverse emulsion having viscosity from 1E+05 to 1E+06 centipoise at temperature from 20 to 50 oC. While the inverse emulsion contains 5 wt.% or less of the aqueous solution. Said surfactant reduces the surface tension of water to a value below the surface tension of the basic composition of the acrylate ink. Also the method for obtaining such ink is described.
EFFECT: invention provides reliable printing and an increase in the service life of its subsystems with increased ink stability and reusable transfer efficiency from an image-forming surface of 95 % or more.
