SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the manufacture of a floor plate with wood-based substrate, for example, medium-density fiberboard substrate (MDFBS) or high-density fiberboard substrate (HDFBS), on which decor is formed by digital printing. The method includes successive stages: obtaining substrate containing at least an upper wood-based layer; coating substrate, where coating substrate includes: applying at least the first coating layer to the upper surface; thermally fixing the first coating layer using UV radiation; applying the second coating layer to the first coating layer; and thermally fixing the second coating layer using UV radiation; where the first coating layer contains a hardener, and the second coating layer contains a filler; applying a primer layer to coated substrate; digital printing of decor on the primer layer; and applying of upper coating to decor, in which obtaining substrate includes obtaining a middle layer and laying several pieces of veneer on it to obtain the upper layer, while pieces of veneer are located next to perpendicular to the direction perpendicular to the floor plate.
EFFECT: invention provides an improvement of the quality of a plate made of smaller veneer pieces.
