FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely, to a method for producing a gas transport haemocorrector based on a perfluorocarbon emulsion and to a composition produced by said method. Method for producing a gas transport haemocorrector based on a perfluorocarbon emulsion, including mixing liquid perfluorocarbons with an emulsifying agent and homogenising the mixture by means of a high-pressure homogeniser, wherein the perfluorocarbon emulsion is produced by mixing a total amount of liquid perfluorocarbons: perfluorodecalin and perfluoromethyl cyclohexylpiperidine with an emulsifying agent, block copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene, the resulting mixture is homogenised on two high-pressure homogenisers with four homogeniser extrusion apparatus at the same pressure of 500-600 c.u., passing the perfluorocarbon emulsion consecutively through the first and then the second extrusion apparatus on the first homogeniser, wherein a pressure-equalising buffer tank is absent between said apparatus, then passing the perfluorocarbon emulsion consecutively through the first and then the second extrusion apparatus on the second homogeniser, wherein a pressure-equalising buffer tank is absent between said apparatus; the above cycle is repeated 4 or 5 times until particles of a perfluorocarbon emulsion with a nanoscale diameter of 55 to 89 nm are produced, followed by dilution with an electrolyte aqueous solution of a salt - sodium chloride, resulting in a perfluorocarbon emulsion under certain conditions. Composition of a gas transport haemocorrector based on the perfluorocarbon emulsion for blood loss replenishment.
EFFECT: above method allows for production of a perfluorocarbon emulsion with improved qualitative and quantitative characteristics.
