FIELD: armament.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to armament, namely to containers for launching ammunition. A container for launching ammunition contains a case with a front cover, on a side cylindrical surface of which a groove is made, into which a sealing ring is installed. The cover is fixed on a permanent hinge made in the form of loops, and is kept from rotation by a belt spring. On the side cylindrical surface of the cover, there is a groove, in which a fixing ring is installed, forming a dovetail-type cavity in the groove, into which a sealing ring is installed, having a triangular shape in cross section. The groove is made expanding towards the axis of the container, and the sealing ring is made tapering towards an inner surface of the container. A fixing ring is additionally installed in the groove behind the sealing ring relatively to a front section of the container. One side of the sealing ring is made equidistant to the side surface of the groove, and the other side is made equidistant to the side surface of the fixing ring. The fixing ring is made of material having a large module of elasticity compared to material of the sealing ring.
EFFECT: ensuring the launch of ammunition from a container in the absence of separable elements of the container.
