FIELD: earthmoving machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to earthmoving machines and, in particular, to rippers for loosening soils of high strength. The ripper includes a base machine, a rack connected to it by means of rods and a hydraulic cylinder of deepening, in which a ripper tooth is installed. The ripper is equipped with an additional hydraulic cylinder of deepening, a four-position hydraulic distributor, a hydraulic accumulator, an adjustable reduction hydraulic valve, an electrically controlled hydraulic distributor, a speed sensor and track switches. The ripper tooth is mounted pivotally in the rack and its lower front part, in contact with the ground, is made with a forward slope, and the upper end is pivotally connected to the rod of an additional hydraulic cylinder of deepening, communicated by hydraulic lines with an electrically controlled hydraulic distributor, the control coils of which are connected through the contacts of the speed sensor with track switches mounted on the rack. Moreover, an additional hydraulic deepening cylinder is also connected by hydraulic lines with a four-position hydraulic distributor, made with the possibility of communicating the piston cavity with a hydraulic accumulator connected through an adjustable reduction hydraulic valve with a hydraulic pump, and through a valve with a hydraulic tank.
EFFECT: increase in productivity, reduction of energy costs and expansion of the operational capabilities of the ripper.
