FIELD: lighting equipment; electric vacuum equipment; instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting equipment, electric vacuum equipment, instrument making, first of all, to compositions of electric vacuum glass forming together with tungsten and molybdenum matched vacuum-tight junctions, and used for the manufacture of outer shells and inner parts of high-pressure gaseous lamps, sodium lamps, other light sources, as well as to compositions of chemically resistant glass for medical containers – vials, ampoules, syringes and cartridges. Glass including following oxides SiO2, B2O3, A12O3, Na2O, K2O, MgO+CaO, Fe2O3, CeO2, ZrO2, As2O3, Sb2O3 additionally contains fluor F at the following ratio of components, wt.%: SiO2 72.77-75.0, B2O3 10.00-11.80, Al2O3 5.5-6.5, MgO+CaO 1.20-1.50, Na2O 6.39-7.57, K2O 0.05-0.25, Fe2O3 0.01-0.06, ZrO2 0.10-0.30, CeO2 0.10-0.40, F 0.10-0.30, As2O3 or Sb2O3 0.10-0.30. Proposed glass, according to physical properties, relate to a group of glass for soldering with tungsten and molybdenum, they are well welded, lightened and molded, they are very uniform by chemical composition and viscosity, and they have high chemical resistance relatively to water, acids and alkalis.

EFFECT: obtaining glass with high thermal resistance, chemical resistance and capability of forming matched vacuum-tight junctions with tungsten and molybdenum.
