FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to control devices for surgical robots. The device contains a manipulator and a control panel. The control panel includes an electromechanical drive part mounted on the base platform and actuators, where each mechanism provides movement along one of the specified axes of the surgical instrument holder. As a surgical instrument, a laparoscope with a video lens at the end is mounted in the holder, which transmits the image through the modulator and controller to the monitor. The actuators and the electromechanical drive part are connected to the controller. The electromechanical drive part is made in the form of a downward-facing hemispherical pedal, resiliently mounted by means of a compression spring in a niche made in the base platform and equipped with a pulse relay-switch, configured to relieve voltage from the electric circuit of the actuators controlled by the electromechanical part after a predetermined interval time. The electromechanical part contains magnetic switches mounted on the side walls at the base of the pedal, the mating parts of which are mounted on the niche walls in such a way that they are opposite only when the pedal is pressed down. A gap is made between the side surface of the pedal and the walls of the niche, which excludes spontaneous contact of the parts of the magnetic switches, but with the possibility of overcoming it and closing the electrical circuit when the doctor moves the pedal in one of the directions.
EFFECT: increased accuracy and reduced delay time of automated control of a laparoscope during a surgical operation.
