SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for interval regulation of train traffic. In the method, the current state of signal and track relays is continuously registered, and a type of a signal formed by a signal installation is determined according to the state of signal relays of an individual signal installation, and it is registered. In addition, the passage of trains on the stage is continuously logically controlled by types of signals formed by signal installations, taking into account an action mode of stage input and stage output signal installations. The train passage on the stage on the forbidding type of the signal of the first wayside passage signal installation is fixed; the train leaving the stage is fixed after the formation of the forbidding type of the signal by the input signal installation and any permissive type of the signal by the pre-input passage signal installation; the current train passage on the stage is controlled by observation of the subsequent formation of forbidding types of signals by each wayside passage signal installation. At the same time, collisions are detected, numbers of a track and a block section corresponding to the detected collision are registered, and notification signals to duty and dispatch personnel and trains being on the corresponding stage track and approaching the block section with the number corresponding to the detected collision are formed. When approaching the block section with the number corresponding to the detected collision at a distance of one block section, a signal on limitation of a permissible speed to a level providing the possibility of stopping, when the train traffic obstruction is detected, is formed and transmitted to the train.

EFFECT: increase in a level of safety of train traffic is achieved.
