FIELD: railway engineering.
SUBSTANCE: interval regulation of train traffic with control over the correct operation of track equipment. Upon termination of the receipt of signals from the rail line to the transportable equipment, using a portable computer, a comparison of the spatial coordinates of the head of the train, obtained by means of a system of portable odometer sensors and a portable satellite receiver, with the coordinates of the boundaries of the track sections stored in the portable block of the electronic map: if the previous signal indication of the portable indication unit did not correspond to the prohibiting signal indication of the track light and the cessation of signals from the rail line corresponds to the transition of the head of the train from one track circuit to another, then with the help of the portable calculator the value of the permissible speed is formed corresponding to the speed limit when moving along an occupied section of the track, and keep it unchanged until the end of the train passage of this track section, regardless of the types of signals received by the transportable equipment; if the previous signal indication of the portable indication unit did not correspond to the prohibiting signal indication of the traffic light, and the termination of the receipt of signals from the rail line does not correspond to the transition from one track circuit to another, then using the portable calculator, the value of the permissible speed is formed corresponding to the speed limit when moving along the non-coded track section.
EFFECT: achievement of increasing the level of train traffic safety.
