FIELD: additive manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for manufacturing articles applying additive technology (3D printing) and to apparatus for manufacturing articles applying additive technology (3D printers). Invention is applicable in many areas of industry, national economy, and for personal purposes, wherever the need arises to manufacture complex parts from polymer materials, in particular, in mechanical engineering, aviation, machine tool engineering, electric power engineering, cosmonautics, medicine, building, design, modelling, for household purposes, and in other fields. An article is created from multicomponent chemically cured material deposited in layers, including feeding components into the print head via separate channels, mixing said components before the nozzle, and applying in layers; the application time of one layer is greater than the gelation time of the used material and less than the curing time of the used material.
EFFECT: increase in the quality and mechanical properties of articles made of multicomponent chemically cured materials applying additive technology; possibility of manufacturing articles with more complex geometries, large articles; increase in the convenience of use of the technology and operation of the apparatus.
