FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of layer-by-layer production of objects from a digital model by layer-by-layer application of material and can be used, in particular, in the manufacture of engine parts from composite materials using additive technologies. Method includes the following stages: 1) creating a digital three-dimensional model of the part; 2) determination of material for prototyping, in case of creation of forming tooling, materials based on ABS plastic are used, in case of creation of independent products – materials based on polyamide with addition of glass fibre, and for creation of burnt patterns – PLA plastic; 3) sending construction data to a control device; 4) setting the printing mode; 5) adjusting the position of the future part relative to the receiving surface (table); 6) determination of zero coordinates of the position of the printing head; 7) supply of polymer material; 8) printing; 9) treatment of the part surface to achieve the required roughness parameters.
EFFECT: increasing the quality of engine parts, as well as the speed of their production.
