FIELD: aircrafts.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relates to the field of nose cones (NC) of high-speed aircraft (HSA) placed in transport and launch containers (TLC) under underwater launch conditions. NC HSA in TLC is fixed with pyro-stoppers with the possibility of detachment on the bow of the HSA, has a protrusion for abutment against the TLC docking ring and is fixed on the TLC docking ring using shear elements to ensure tightness with the TLC. A sealing element with a clamping ring is installed in the NC, which is in contact with the nose of the airborne aircraft. NC consists of a bottom and a body, forming a detachable connection with ensuring the sealing of the joint. Four crackers for rigging with HSA are installed on the bottom of the NC. In the NC housing, a system of HSA turn motors and NC retraction motors is installed, hatches are made for mounting pyrostaptors with subsequent installation of covers. The NC includes a conical skirt that forms a detachable connection with the NC body and provides a smooth contour with the HSA nose. Crackers for rigging operations are closed with lids to form a smooth outer contour with a NC bottom. The fastening of the NC to the nose of the airborne aircraft is made by entering the rods of the pyrostoppers into the reciprocal openings of the nose with simultaneous release of the spring-loaded covers that close these holes to ensure a smooth bypass with the nose of the airborne aircraft. The method for assembling the NC with the nose of the HSA consists in the fact that first the skirt is undocked from the NC and the covers are removed, and then, by turning the screws that fasten the clamping rings to the NC, we remove the sealing elements from the compressed state, then we put the skirt on the nose of the HSA and install the NC. After fixing the pyrostoppers on the NC, the sealing elements are pressed by rotating the screws that fasten the clamping rings to the NC, and after removing the plug, air or nitrogen is supplied under pressure into the cavity between the sealing elements, a time delay is made, and the value of the pressure drop during the exposure time is determined using control devices and is done conclusion about the tightness of this joint. Covers with previously removed plugs are installed on NC. The skirt moves to the NC and is connected to it with the help of fasteners.
EFFECT: inventions group is aimed at improving the aerohydrodynamic characteristics by providing smooth contours of the HSA with NC and increasing the operational reliability.
