FIELD: controlling.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to automated fracturing with automatic control of the injection rate of the pump. The system for automatic control of the injection rate of the pump during hydraulic fracturing comprises: one or more processing units; a memory accessible to at least one of said one or more processors; a data interface receiving data obtained by one or more sensors functionally linked with one or more pumps, wherein said one or more sensors comprise a pump injection pressure converter and a pump injection rate sensor; a control interface transmitting control signals to at least one of said one or more pumps; a modelling component functionally linked with at least one of said one or more processing units, predicting the downhole pressure applying a model, the required injection rate of the pump, and at least part of the data indicating the actual injection rate of the pump and a wellhead pressure estimate, wherein the borehole is in fluid communication with at least one of said one or more pumps; and a pump injection rate adjustment component functionally linked with at least one of said one or more processing units, generating, in the pressure prediction mode, a pump injection rate control signal for transmission via the control interface, by applying the predicted pressure of the modelling component and the threshold pressure value.

EFFECT: processing pressure maintained within a safe range, uniform stimulation at several perforations, minimised downtime of the borehole during fracturing and between the stages.
