FIELD: quality control.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a checking system for quality control of a tube and a method for quality control of a tube. The checking system for quality control of a tube contains: means of transportation for moving the tube along a transportation path perpendicular to the axis of the tube, a radiation source and a radiation receiver made with the possibility of connection to a control node. The checking system additionally includes means for changing the direction of a radiation beam, partially or completely reflecting the radiation, forming a trajectory of the radiation beam from the radiation source through the inner side of the tube to the radiation receiver. The checking system is made with the possibility of generation of two radiation beams and introduction of the specified two radiation beams into the tube at two opposite ends of the tube so that radiation beams are distributed through the tube in two opposite directions. The radiation receiver is made with the possibility of registration of an image created by the first radiation beam after distribution through the tube. The image is a contour of ends of the tube in the form towards the inner part of the tube for the first radiation beam, followed by registration of an image created by the second radiation beam after distribution through the tube, wherein this image is a contour of ends of the tube in the form towards the inner part of the tube for the second radiation beam. A control unit is made with the possibility of generation of a signal for deflecting defective tubes in case of deviation of the registered shape of the end of the tube from the shape of the circle. A method for quality control of the tube is also disclosed.
EFFECT: increase in the quality control of tubular products.
