The method for obtaining an agent for the treatment of psoriasis includes extracting marshmallow rhizomes with water at a temperature of 50-60°C for 1 hour and filtering the obtained extract, after which 250 ml of the extract is taken, common or sea salt is added and stirred until complete dissolution. The resulting solution is subjected to an electric current with a voltage of 15-35 volts, a current of 0.5-0.9 amperes, for 5-7 minutes. Then, 200 ml of the solution is taken from the anode space, a dry extract of the total alkaloids of the roots of aconite northern is added and mixed, filtered and glycerol is added, followed by stirring. In this case, the components are used in the following initial ratio: marshmallow rhizomes - 25-75 g; table or sea salt - 6-28 g; dry extract of the total alkaloids of northern aconite - 0.1-0.5 g; glycerin - 3-5 g; purified water - 1000 ml. Also proposed is an agent for the treatment of psoriasis, obtained by this method.

EFFECT: simplification of the method for obtaining the agent, increase in the hygiene of the agent and ease of use; the resulting agent provides an effective reduction in the area of psoriatic plaques until they disappear completely and reduce itching.
