SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to biotechnology. A complex biological preparation for optimizing the mineral nutrition of plants, protecting against phytopathogens, increasing productivity and a method for its production, including the joint cultivation of bacterial strains Agrobacterium radiobacter 204, Lelliottia nimipressuralis CCM 32-3 and Paenibacillus polymyxa P13NK, are proposed, while the corn-molasses nutrient medium is seeded with mother cultures strains A. radiobacter 204 and L. nimipressuralis CCM 32-3 simultaneously in an amount of 1.5% of each strain of the volume of the medium, after which the mother culture of the strain P. polymyxa P13NK (2% of the culture volume) is introduced into the 24-hour culture of two strains ) and cultured for 48 hours until a titer of 109 CFU per 1 ml is obtained at 28–30°C at a shaker rotation speed of 170–220 rpm. The titer of Agrobacterium radiobacter 204 in the biological product is 48%, Lelliottia nimipressuralis CCM 32-3 - 49% and Paenibacillus polymyxa P13NK - 3% of the total CFU.

EFFECT: inventions provide increase of seed germination, improvement of sowing properties and grain productivity of agricultural crops.
