FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for assembling and installing units of high-frequency information communication equipment on supports, towers. The technical result is ensured by the fact that in the method for installing high-frequency information communication equipment, a base station is first mounted on a support, connected by means of electrical wires and cables with radio modules installed in the upper part of the support and connected with antennas by a high-frequency cable. The radio modules and antennas are installed in a radio antenna module made in the form of separate units - radio module and antenna. The units are therein made in the form of frames with at least one tier, made of at least three vertical racks located between two round flanges around the perimeter thereof at the same distance from each other, connected by the ends thereto. The antenna unit is mounted above the radio module unit and by means of a flange connection connected into a single structure of the radio antenna module mounted on the upper flange of the cylindrical support. A radio relay station is installed on the upper flange of the radio antenna unit on top of the cylindrical support with a mounted radio antenna module, wherein all electrical wires and cables connecting the base station with the radio modules and antennas are located in the cavity of the support and inside the radio module unit. Protective doors or panels are mounted on each vertical rack of the radio module unit on each of at least one tier, and the length of the high-frequency cable connecting the radio modules and antennas is made no greater than the height of the antenna and radio module units.
EFFECT: creation of a method for installing information communication equipment providing high signal performance coefficient with minimal windage of the structure and additional protection of the equipment and cables from impact of natural and man-made precipitation.
