SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of modeling and can be used as educational or training tools for the professional training of officials of management bodies (OMB) of radio monitoring (RM). A method for professional training of officials of radio monitoring management bodies, which consists in the fact that at the preparatory stage, workplaces are formed on the basis of a local network for training the trainees, various scenarios of the operational situation are set, involving the formation of a radio-electronic environment. The content of the radio-electronic environment is determined by dependence on the state of the objects of the operational situation, which include radio-electronic means of various types, the functioning models of which are described using a logical and mathematical description of the dependence of the radio-electronic equipment on the state of the operational situation in a given area. A set of radio communication parameters is formed in the form of a sequence of parameter vectors , where Λj is a formalized rule of behavior of objects, J is the number of rules of behavior for the duration of the scenario.

EFFECT: improvement of the quality of professional training of officials is achieved in the conditions of the formation of a complex operational and electronic environment.
