FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation of control information and control systems over remote objects status. Such a result is achieved by forming a database with data on physical and geographical conditions of a given region, data with parameters of radioelectronic equipment (REE), communication nodes (CN) of control stations (CS), local interconnections (LI) of radioelectronic equipment, data with operational-tactical standards on location of the CN of CS on the ground, reference data of boundaries of the positional areas of the objects of radiomonitoring (RM), reference data describing various versions of the operational and electromagnetic environment, electromagnetic accessibility (EMA) of the REE of the CN of the CS objects of the RM, evaluating the current electromagnetic environment, identifying the local REE associations, specifying their location and boundaries of the occupied areas, determining the probability of their belonging to the kth radio monitoring objects Pk(b), k = 1, 2, …, K and their current state b, b is 1, 2, …, B, determining external boundaries of groups of objects of RM, located in one bth state of combat activity, allocating areas of terrain co-location of objects of the RM, probability P(h) of observation in a given region of the hth current state of the electromagnetic environment and operational environment (OE) is determined, the value of P(h) is compared to a predetermined threshold level Pthr.

EFFECT: technical result consists in making a more accurate decision in automated mode on operational and electromagnetic environment in a given area, composition, state and operation of objects with possibility of numerical evaluation of correctness of decisions.
