FIELD: training equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports exercise machines and can be used in developing applied military skills for teaching technique and training grenade-throwing primarily in conditions of limited training space. The technical result from the use of the claimed simulator is achieved by additionally introducing a frame with a height of H and a width B into the known simulator containing a grenade model (MG), secured at a height D above the floor, with an impact inertia dampener (GIU) secured on the surface of the frame. The grenade model is shaped as a handle configured for the length L thereof to be changed and a set of M≥2 load elements (EN), differing in weight, EN1 > EN2 > … > ENm, wherein m = 1, 2, … The handle is equipped with a retainer in the form of a safety loop. Areas for fixing the points of contact of the EN with the GIU are isolated on the surface of the GIU to be used to assess the degree to which the trainee has mastered the grenade throwing technique. The GIU is made of a reinforced rubber plate with a thickness of d≥20 mm, and the handle of MG is made of N≥2 rods articulated by threaded connections and fixed by spring washers, wherein the length L of the handle is changed by a set of n rods, wherein n = 1, 2, … The EN is made in the form of a ball equipped with a threaded connection to the handle end. The safety loop is secured on the wrist of the trainee. The degree of mastering (SU) of the grenade throwing technique in a trainee is calculated by the formula SU = Pcor/(Pcor + Ph + Pl), wherein Pcor, Ph, and Pl stand for the amount of points of contact of EN with the GIU in the "correct", "higher", and "lower" areas, respectively.
EFFECT: claimed simulator allows training athletes in the required grenade throwing technique in shorter terms throughout the whole year, as it can be used in closed spaces, indicating the possibility of achieving the technical result when using the simulator; reduced time required to achieve the skills necessary for throwing a grenade, accounting for the natural biomechanical characteristics of the trainees, inter alia in conditions of limited space for installing the simulator.
