The device for training grenade throwing contains a seat on which, sitting, resting his feet against the footrest, a soldier is placed, attaching himself to the seat in the hip area with a belt, and the soldier is wearing a vest, to which at the back, in the shoulder girdle area, it is attached in a horizontal position an arc, to each of the ends of which one cable is fixed, to the other ends of which weights are attached, placed on the guides, at the same time, the cables pass through the flywheels on fasteners, placed on a metal frame and having the ability to move up and down along it, fixed on the metal frame with clamps, also two flywheels are attached to the metal frame on fasteners through which two cables pass, one ends of which are attached to loads, and others - to the clamps, for which the soldier holds on with his hands, pulls them forward while lifting and twisting the body.
