SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for storing and dispensing liquids (dispensers). Dispenser (10) is designed for dispensing liquids, and it contains tank (12) used for liquid storage until a dispensing moment, and outlet (38), through which liquid can be released to the environment. In addition, this dispenser is equipped with dosing device (20) dispensing the set amount of liquid in a response to activation of dispenser (10), wherein the dosing device, from an inlet side, is connected to tank (12), and from an outlet side – to outlet (38). According to the invention, dosing device (20) contains preliminary dosing chamber (26), which by means of feeding channel (22) is connected to tank (12), and main dosing chamber (32), which by means of intermediate channel (28) is connected to preliminary dosing chamber (26), and by means of dispensing channel (34) – to outlet (38). Both preliminary dosing chamber (26) and main dosing chamber (32) have one movable wall (26A, 32A), by changing the position of which it is possible to change the volume of the corresponding chamber. Movable walls (26A, 32A) of preliminary dosing chamber (26) and main dosing chamber (32) are functionally mated, so that an increase in the volume of one of these chambers leads to a decrease in the volume of another chamber (32).
