FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a dispenser for dispensing pharmaceutical liquids. Proposed dispenser comprises elongated body with lengthwise axis and outlet made at distal end of body concentric to lengthwise axis, fluid container, control device and pressure button. Control device contains a pump or a switching valve, is connected to the liquid reservoir by means of the first channel and with the outlet hole by means of the second channel and is made with possibility to control the liquid removal from the reservoir to the outlet hole. Push button is located in the recess made in side surface (23) of the body and is connected to the control device so that pressing of the pressure button in radial direction relative to the longitudinal axis activates the control device providing as a result supply of liquid to the outlet hole. Besides, the dispenser comprises rotary bushing (60) open on both ends, which is installed on the outer side of the housing with possibility of rotation around the longitudinal axis, or sliding bushing (60) open on both ends, which is installed on the outer side of the housing with the possibility of sliding along the longitudinal axis . Any of bushings (60) can be brought into locking position, in which it closes access to push button. In releasing position, any of bushings (60) does not prevent pressing on push-button in radial direction. Dispenser comprises a detachable cap closing, when it is installed on the body, an outlet hole and made with possibility of separation from the body by movement in the direction of the longitudinal axis to the distal end of the body. Cap and body are provided with interacting retaining elements configured to be in a position of interaction to prevent separation of the cap from the body and move into the releasing position, in which they do not prevent the cap separation by deforming the cap and/or turning the cap around the longitudinal axis and/or moving the body section, on which there is a fixing element, relative to the side surface of the body. In the dispenser, the push button and the body are provided with interacting retaining elements that enable to fix the push button having a radial activation direction relative to the body. In the dispenser in the body there is at least one hole opposite to the cutout in the side surface, in which the push button is located. Push button is connected to at least one protrusion, which when pressed by the push button passes through said opening with the outlet from the body, or the dispenser comprises at least one blocking portion, which can be separated from housing or moved relative to it and projection of which protrudes in blocking position of nozzle through hole in housing, preventing pressing on push button. Proposed dispenser comprises intake sleeve with inner volume configured to comply with housing outer profile to allow insertion of housing therein completely including fluid reservoir. Inner wall of receiving bushing and outer surface of housing are configured to form a non-rigid connection, which prevents free removal of housing from bushing. In the lateral side of the receiving bushing there is a cutout through which a force can be applied to the open end of the receiving bush for disconnection of the non-rigid connection to the housing.
