FIELD: winding.
SUBSTANCE: present invention concerns a winding machine for the manufacture of a core of several wires, preferably metal ones. In the winding machine, such several wires are wound with each other by twisting, i.e., processed to obtain a core. The invention concerns a winding machine for the manufacture of core (1) of several wires, preferably metal ones. The winding machine has a winding device for winding wires, having at least one bypass roller (9) installed with the possibility of rotation for redirecting core (1), and at least one guiding device (8) for directing core (1). Guiding device (8) is located in such a way that core (1) can be directed along a straight line from guiding device (8) to bypass roller (9) in such a way that core (1) is pressed to first side (9a) of bypass roller (9). When redirected through bypass roller (9), core (1) is moved from first side (9a) to bottom (9b) of bypass roller (9). At the same time, core (1), with a corresponding selection of first side (9a), is moved with a twist occurred due to winding, as a result of which the twist and core tendency to be wound are reduced.
EFFECT: winding machine and a method for the manufacture of a core are proposed, so that the manufactured core has an unsignificant twist and low tendency to be wound.
