FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to self-supporting insulated wires. The result is achieved by the fact that the self-supporting insulated wire is made of three conductive cores and one zero carrier core, consists of wires of the same diameter, which are twisted around one central wire in one layer. The number of wires in the layer can vary from 5 to 9 in the twist, depending on the nominal cross-section of the core, the outer surfaces of the wires are plastically deformed with a degree of compression of 9-27% of the cross-sectional area of the core, while the filling factor of the core section is 0.97-0.99. The diameter of the wires in the core of the wire is determined by its nominal cross-section, which can vary in the range of 25-95 mm2. All wires of the conductive core are made of aluminum, zero carrier core, of an aluminum-based alloy.
EFFECT: increase in the technical and operational characteristics of the product, such as a reduced linear weight of the wire, greater tensile strength of the wire, non-susceptibility of the bearing element to corrosion.
