SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the underwater extraction of hydrocarbons, in particular to the well access system, and can be used in the riser of the well overhaul system when completing and overhauling a well with an underwater mouth location. The riser boom contains a housing, a rod, a connector, attachment points to the surface equipment and the riser column, a safety sleeve. The housing is cylindrical-conical and is bounded on one side by an adapter for the riser system, and on the other by a locking lid. The rod passes freely inside the housing and the safety sleeve limiting the stroke of the rod. At the same time, the safety sleeve contains a groove in the central part and seals located in the grooves of the bushing belts, equipped with two dirt-removable rubber-metal elements designed to remove dirt, water and icing from the surface of the rod. The housing contains a protective casing located on its cylindrical part with clamps for laying hose cables and is fixed with a connector on the adapter lid. In the upper part of the adapter, a seat is provided for the rod containing brake bushings installed at its end and interacting with the guide sleeve at the beginning of the link stroke and the adapter for the riser system at the end of the boom stroke.
