FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, in particular to a device for safely disconnecting a riser connecting underwater well and floating offshore structures in emergency situations. The riser safety link has a riser section including a socket and nipple riser connection, upper and lower branch pipes made with the possibility of connecting to the upper and lower end portions of the riser section, respectively. The upper pipe additionally contains a flange in which holes are made, and the connection of the upper pipe with the lower pipe is carried out through a destructible insert, upper and lower plugs, a casing containing an upper end and a lower end. The casing is arranged to be placed around the lower branch pipe with a destructible insert to form a cavity, and the upper and lower plugs are made to be attached to the upper end and the lower end of the casing, respectively, so as to delimit the said cavity. The upper clamp is arranged to be placed around the upper plug on the upper branch pipe, the lower clamp is configured to be placed around the lower plug on the lower branch pipe. Each of the upper yoke, the lower yoke, the upper and the lower plug is an integral annular member and contains at least two segments. In this case, a fork part is made on one end section of each of the segments of the upper and lower clamp, and an eyelet is made on its other end section. The upper clamp contains additional segments in which additional holes are made, a retainer made with the possibility of fastening on the outer surface of the lower branch pipe with the possibility of rotation relative to the longitudinal axis of the riser section and containing many segments, the first and second groups of guides. Moreover, each guide runs mainly parallel to the longitudinal axis of the riser section and contains a rod and a receiving element. Each of the first group of guides is a telescopic extension and is made with the possibility of fastening with its receiving element in the corresponding fork part and the eye of the upper clamp on one side and a rod in the corresponding segment of the retainer on the other side, each of the second group of guides is made with the possibility of attaching its own a receiving element in the additional holes of the upper clamp on one side and a rod in the corresponding segment of the retainer on the other side, ensuring the passage of the rod through the corresponding fork part and the eye of the lower clamp.
EFFECT: increased safety of riser disconnection in emergency situations with a simultaneous increase in manufacturability and operational characteristics.
