FIELD: lubricants.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid lubricants used in the machining of holes with an axial tool using drills, cutters, threading tools. The solid lubricant contains stearic acid, beeswax, molybdenum disulfide and sulfur at the following component ratio, wt. %: beeswax 24-26, molybdenum disulfide 14-16, sulfur 4-6, stearic acid being the rest.
EFFECT: obtaining a solid lubricant that has high lubricating properties and is effective in machining holes with an axial tool in parts made of such difficult-to-process materials as titanium alloys and mixed packages of polymer composite materials (PCM) with titanium alloys.
