FIELD: metal finishing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal-working industry, namely, a lubricant for mechanical metal-working by drilling stainless steel and other hard-to-treat metals and alloys of various thicknesses. Lubricant for mechanical metal-working, comprising stearox-6 and mineral oil, according to the invention, also includes copper stearate, triethanolamine stearate, chloroparaffin, serpentine in following ratio of components, mass %: copper stearate – 15–18, triethanolamine stearate – 5–10, stearox-6 – 10–12, chloroparaffin – 5–7, serpentine – 8–10, mineral oil – up to 100.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the increased resistance of drills when working hard-to-treat metals and alloys.
