SUBSTANCE: invention relates to energy. The burner includes a cylindrical combustion chamber and a mixing tube with a nozzle installed coaxially with it, a chamber for pre-mixing fuel and air with a bladed radial swirler, the combustion chamber is equipped with an ignition device and pressure sensors connected to the automatic control system for combustion process parameters by means of a computer. The chamber for preliminary mixing of fuel and air is made in the form of a flat disk channel with an open end, formed between the upper and lower disks and connected through a central hole in the upper disk with a mixing tube and a combustion chamber, and through holes in the lower disk with fuel injectors evenly spaced along the periphery of the lower disk, while along the open end of the disk channel between the fuel injectors on vertical axes installed between the upper and lower disks, controlled rotary swirler blades are located, wherein the swirling of the air flow passing through the open end of the disk channel is controlled by turning the swirler blades by the calculated angle, depending on the readings of the pressure sensors in the cylindrical combustion chamber, received by the computer, and by means of a control command from the computer to the stepper motor mechanically connected to the synchronizing ring and toothed gears, rotate the swirler blades.

EFFECT: efficient fuel combustion and reduction of harmful emissions.
