FIELD: gas turbine engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the organization and combustion of the air-fuel mixture in the combustion chambers of gas turbine engines for power applications. Pre-mixing vortex nozzle-burner module contains a nozzle, a swirler, a bushing, a central nozzle, nozzle holes, a hollow body, a gas supply channel, gas supply holes. It additionally contains a system of hollow profiled fuel supply pylons having an elliptical profile and including gas supply holes, and the central nozzle has a system of profiled fuel channels. The gas supply holes in the system of hollow profiled fuel supply pylons are located unevenly along the elliptical surface of the pylons with a decrease in distance in the direction of the axis of the vortex atomizer-burner pre-mixing module. The module contains a primary distributed system of fuel supply holes and a secondary distributed system of fuel supply holes made in a profiled nozzle diffuser.
EFFECT: reduction of fuel pressure losses at the outlet of the central nozzle and in the area of gas supply holes, improvement of the quality of homogenization of the air-fuel mixture, elimination of the possibility of flame moving upstream in the boundary layer, increase in the uniformity of the excess air coefficient at the outlet of the nozzle.
