SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, and in particular to the drilling of oil and gas wells with simultaneous isolation of areas of shedding and collapses when drilling a string of pipes. The device for simultaneous drilling and fastening of shedding and collapse zones during well drilling includes a casing string made in the form of a multi-beam expandable pipe with the possibility of straightening it with excess pressure with its fixation relative to the borehole walls with a length exceeding the length of the shedding and collapse zone. The casing string in the form of a multi-beam expandable pipe is equipped with a bit for drilling a well at the bottom, and with a landing sub connected to the drill pipe string at the top. The landing sub is connected to the drill pipe string with the possibility of their disconnection under the action of excess pressure with subsequent extraction of the drill pipe string with the sub. To increase the expansion pressure, casing strings in the form of a multi-beam expandable pipe in order to prevent its premature straightening during drilling are made without final annealing after profiling. The bit is drillable and equipped with a seat for a ball and is connected to the lower end of the casing string in the form of a multi-beam expandable pipe along a conical thrust thread. The landing sub is equipped with spikes inserted into the profile part of the upper end of the casing string in the form of a multipath expandable pipe.

EFFECT: transmission of the necessary torque for drilling, elimination of emergency situations associated with premature expansion of profile pipes during drilling, and drilling of the bit without raising the assembly, while eliminating a large narrowing of the wellbore after installing this device.
