FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of vehicles used in the oil and gas industry, is intended for enhanced production of hydrocarbons, in particular for the preparation of a working fluid and its supply under pressure for hydraulic fracturing of a borehole. The installation includes two blocks of manifolds, located, respectively, on the right and left sides of the cargo chassis. The manifolds are connected to a process pipeline system containing a feed pump, a mixing bath with dry reagent dispensers, a flow meter, and a pressure pump. The mixing bath is interconnected with the liquid reagent supply system, made of a container divided into three tank compartments. At the same time, the partition walls of the compartments are made double. One of the tanks-compartments is equipped with a stirrer. At the free end of the cargo chassis, a mixer for hydraulic fracturing is fixed in the form of a receiving bucket, which contains a hydraulic cylinder.
EFFECT: compact dimensions of the mobile vehicle are provided, the use of chemical additives by means of a blender is combined, the possibility of taking and supplying process fluids and the finished mixture from the right and left sides at the same time, and the possibility of moving the vehicle through difficult oilfield sites, using chassis of various modifications.
