SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile process plants, intended for injection of various liquid media at hydraulic fracturing of formations, washing of sand plugs and other flushing and squeezing operations for intensification of hydrocarbon production in oil, gas and other wells. Mobile pump unit comprises a power plant engine connected by a drive shaft to a plunger pump, a low pressure manifold, a high pressure manifold, a heating system, a cooling system, a lubrication system, which includes pump drive part lubrication system, control system and low-pressure manifold hydraulic pulsation damper. On the semitrailer frame, a cooling module, a power module, a capacitive module containing a lubricating tank and a hydraulic tank, a pump module, with corresponding functional units arranged in them. Inside the semitrailer frame there are hydraulic and electric lines connecting the modules. Lubrication system of the drive part of the pump is equipped with a heating device made in the form of an oil heater, which is connected to the prestart heater and the engine of the power plant. Lubrication system of the drive part of the pump is equipped with a cooling device made in the form of an oil cooler connected to the cooling system circuit passing through the radiator. Low-pressure manifold hydraulic pulsation damper is made in the form of hydropneumatic accumulator. Semitrailer frame lengthwise sides are furnished with crossbar attachment elements.

EFFECT: creation of a pump unit with increased repairability, reliability of operation, with improved operational properties.
