FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for cementing a shank in a well. Device includes a coupling for connection of the device to the transport pipe string, a housing, a shank, a shoe with a valve unit, a hole opened under action of hydraulic pressure. Coupling is connected to housing by uncoupling device with seat for dropping ball, fixed by shear elements in upper position and made with possibility of restricted downward movement after destruction of shear elements. Top face of shank housing has grooves to receive outer ledges on coupling surface. Inside the housing, on the shear elements, there is a suspended cementing plug with a central through channel, a mounting cone at the bottom for fitting the stop ring into the seat and a locking device from above for setting and fixation of small displacement plug. Uncoupling device is made in the form of fixing elements at the ends of spring-loaded conical split collet, made integral with it, inserted into slots of coupling into inner recess of housing. Spring-loaded conical split collet is inserted into coupling groove. Spring-loaded conical split collet with locking elements is smaller than inner diameter of housing in free state after movement of seat and is supported by seat from inside. Uncoupler is made integral with housing.

EFFECT: creation of device for lowering and cementing of shank with rotation, making it possible to lower shanks of large length, to perform cementing with rotation with provision of drill pipe uncoupling and sealing of shank after cementing.
