SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology; it can be used for the prevention of the development of contractures and deformities of limbs in cerebral palsy. General anesthesia is performed. Next, skin incisions are made up to 0.5 cm long on the most damaged upper or lower limb outside the neurovascular bundle. Musculoskeletal channels are formed by perforation of long tubular bones of the thigh and lower leg on the lower limb, or shoulder and forearm on the upper limb with the penetration into the bone marrow channel. Perforation size varies from 1 mm to 5 mm. A number of perforation holes is 16-20.
EFFECT: method allows for the prevention of the development of contractures and deformities of limbs in cerebral palsy.
